1. Online shop

Catania Group Oy (business ID 2119979-2) sells products to adult individuals in Finland and the EU. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

2. Ordering

Products are ordered online by adding them to your shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart at the online checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact details requested at the time of ordering will not be used for any purpose other than to deliver the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it. When ordering from the online shop, you are required to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of delivery in force at the time.

3. Payment

The payment service is provided by Checkout Finland in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Checkout Finland will appear as the recipient of the payment on the statement or card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. As a Catania Group Oy customer, you can also choose Klarna as your payment method. Klarna offers flexibility in paying for purchases and always provides consumers with buyer protection.

4. Bank payments

You have access to the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can pay:

Your statement will show Checkout Finland Oy as the payee, we will forward your payment to the online merchant. From the online shop, you will be redirected directly to your own bank to make the payment securely. When you use the Payment Instruction Service, you will be bound by the following terms and conditions. 5. Credit card payments

You can pay in the online shop with the following cards:

  • You can pay by Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron.
  • MasterCard, Debit MasterCard
  • American Express

The online shop uses the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Checkout appears as the payee on the card bill and forwards the payment card payment made by the customer directly to the merchant. The card payment is made securely via a secure payment form and no payment card details are stored in the e-commerce systems.

  • Are in-app services that allow you to pay for online purchases by transferring money from your account or by card payment from your card by accepting a payment in that app. Pivo also supports Transfer payments, allowing you to accept a payment in any application that supports Transfer.

7. Invoice and instalment services offered through Checkout:

Collector also offers an invoice and instalment facility for corporate customers. Please read the more detailed terms and conditions for each financial company, which you will see when you accept your payment. When you accept a payment, you also accept the terms and conditions of the finance company.

8. Information

Checkout is a secure payment method for you. We have a payment institution licence issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is operated by Checkout Finland Oy (business ID 2196606-6) and Checkout Finland Oy is part of the OP Group. The Checkout payment brokerage service forwards your payment to the merchant.

If your bank statement or credit card bill shows Checkout Finland Oy, we have forwarded your payment. The online shop acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the legal obligations related to the transaction and other obligations that it determines itself. If you wish to make a complaint or return a product, you should contact the online shop directly from which the product was ordered.

9. Confirmation of order and payment

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address containing the following information:

  • Order number
  • Your order number
  • The total amount of the order
  • Order total amount
  • Payment method

You can check the contents of your order via your account on our website. To receive confirmation messages, you will need to fill in your email address at the order stage.
